Surya Shakti Enterprises provides consultation, estimates, and installation services for solar panels — specifically relating to the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Our WhatsApp bot provides automated estimates and eligibility information based on the data you provide. We are a BREDA-empanelled and MNRE-authorized solar vendor serving Patna, Sonepur, and surrounding districts in Bihar.

3. Disclaimer Regarding Government Subsidies

While we provide estimates based on current PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana guidelines, the final approval, disbursement, and exact amount of any government subsidy are strictly determined by the respective government authorities and DISCOMs. Surya Shakti Enterprises does not guarantee government subsidy approvals.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on current market rates, product availability, and site survey findings. Final pricing is confirmed after a free on-site survey. We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS).

5. Installation & Warranty

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary. Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of sale. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for a period specified in your individual service agreement.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your electricity usage and property details to ensure accurate solar estimates. You agree not to misuse our WhatsApp service or send spam, abusive, or harmful messages to our bot or representatives.

7. Limitation of Liability

Surya Shakti Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on the initial automated estimates provided via WhatsApp.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Patna, Bihar.
